Railroad ties. Relay Grade #1 railroad ties. NO BUYERS PREMIUM. Selling as a bundle. 16 ties to a bundle. Each tie measures 9"x6.5" by 9' long. Most posts have metal tie plates on the end. See pictures for overall condition. Would make great posts. Would work great for landscaping timbers. Would work great for a retaining wall. Selling as a bundle NOT per individual tie. PAYMENT: READ THIS BEFORE BIDDING 1. The only accepted form of payment is an electronic check (which is free). 2. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of invoicing. 3. Payments not received within 24 hours of invoicing will be assessed a late fee of $50 per day unless you have approval otherwise with us. 4. Contact info for pickup will be given 3 BANKING days following payment (not including day of payment). If you are bidding on behalf of someone else and are high bidder, there will be a $100 fee to do a name, e-mail, address, phone and billing change in our system. All communication will be sent to the winning bidder. Buyer payment is not contingent on buyer financing. LOADING: Loading is available *** by appointment*** for 30 days post auction at seller's/operators availability with minimum of 24 hour advance notice. Assistance is limited to machine assistance.. * * * The operator loading you is not responsible for any damages to your item from loading. TAX: Nebraska Sales tax will be charged unless (A) you are buying a vehicle or trailer, (B) you are tax exempt or (C) you are buying an item eligible for tax exemption. Options B & C require a completed Form 13 along with your payment. The seller, Real Estate Solutions Team, and R.E.S.T Ag and Action make no warranties or guarantees of the items being sold whether written or implied. All sales are final. Items are being represented to the best of our knowledge, but it is up to the buyer to make their own conclusions. The buyer is encouraged to inspect items prior to the auction and bid based on their own conclusions. Inspection prior to the auction will need to be coordinated with Craig Korth. AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS: If you are the winning bidder, please allow until close of auction day to receive communication from us on your total and payment instructions. If you have not received communication by close of auction day, be sure to check your junk mail folder and contact Penny Korth. ****INSURE PURCHASES IMMEDIATELY**** PICKUP AFTER PAYMENT: Item must be paid for with payment clearing both accounts prior to picking up. Item must be picked up within 30 days of the close of this auction. If item is not picked up within 30 days, the item will be forfeited to the seller and no warranties or refund will be given to buyer. If the item has a title, allow for 30 days to receive the title.
