Located in Ferris Tx. ** For a further inspection of this unit by a certified mechanic, please visit Equipmentcheck. com ** Sullivan Equipment buys everything "As Is, Where Is". We sell everything “As Is, Where Is”. “This includes consigned pieces as well”. We are here to answer any or all your questions prior to the sale on Auctiontime, please call us, we are happy to help you find your next piece of machinery appropriate for your program. If we do not answer immediately just leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible, We have numerous phone calls on sale days and it takes us a few minutes to get back with you. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, Year Model, genuineness, hours, value or any other determinative factor. We are open 40 hours a week for all to come inspect each/every piece prior to the sale on Auctiontime. If you choose not to check it out prior to the sale, that is up to you. We advise you to do so, that way you are picking the appropriate piece for your program, this falls under “Buyers Responsibility”. By bidding on the listed item you agree that any future claim or dispute in relation to this auction will be subject to jurisdiction in and resolved in Hunt County, Texas. We provide tons of Pictures and Videos with all our Auctiontime pieces so you can see the piece in multiple angles. We are rated extremely high for a volume dealer but nothing we sell is perfect. If it needs a part when it gets to your place, buy it out of your pocket. It is used equipment at Wholesale Prices/Auction, Not Retail. Plan on spending some money on each piece you buy from SE, to get it Field Ready. If you don’t have to spend a dime, consider that a bonus (Just a good rule of thumb buying any used piece of farm machinery at any auction). We acquire the year models, Vin #'s and hours provided to us by the previous owner, auctioneer, dealers, etc etc. We are a volume dealer, we are not going to get every vin number, year model/ hours correct. Call your local dealer and check on the year if it means that much to you, “Condition drives the market, not year models”. There will be no refunds because of a incorrect Vin number, year model or mistake of hours, or any money back. Here at Sullivan Eq, we try as hard as we can to provide accurate descriptions, vin #'s, year models, condition, and on and on. What we picture is exactly what we’re selling, if it’s not in the pictures, please don’t assume it comes with anymore than what is pictured, just call and ask. We would be glad to show you all we have to offer before the sale, stop by and look. You are always more than welcome to test each piece of machinery out as long as you like here on our place, Prior to the sale on AuctionTime. Call anytime, before the auction, and we will try our best to get all questions answered to the best of our knowledge. Our staff is friendly and helpful, we can provide more photos, video’s etc etc before the auction comes to the end, just give us a call. Thanks, Shelton Sullivan
