We do have a dock and do try to load most hours of the day at no charge... Payment is expected within 72 hours via wire transfer...Folks if you have questions please ask, if you would like to come inspect beforehand please do as well if you need any other pictures please ask we do volume in order to wholesale in this fashion not trying to hide anything or play games....Hours are what machine shows if we are for sure on actual hours we will list them as actual hours in description...If you need help with trucking will gladly try and help you with such in anyway...We have no extra charges storage fees .We want your business now and in the future...Thank you... Buyers are responsible for inspecting equipment prior to the auction and can not hold Little Tractor or the auction company liable for descriptions made without the buyers prior viewing. All Sales are final and payment must be made within 72 hours via wire transfer unless other arrangements are made with Little Tractor, no equipment may be removed until payment in full has been received. Anyone within the state of Illinois/Kentucky will be charged the appropriate sales tax rate on all mowers and like equipment. For TRACTORS sold to residence of Illinois/Kentucky you will be required to pay the appropriate sales tax or will be required to sign a Tax Exempt form for the state of Illinois or supply a Farm Exemption number for the state of Kentucky.
