Here's a heavy-duty Pitts 35-ton equipment trailer that's seen remarkably little use! Purchased new by the seller, this trailer has been used sparingly and features an excellent Apitong hardwood deck, hydraulic loading ramps, and an installed 25,000 lb winch.
Built for hauling heavy construction and agricultural equipment, this is a substantial trailer with plenty of deck space and some desirable features.

### CONDITION & EQUIPMENT DETAILS
**ONE OWNER – LOW MILES:** Purchased new by the seller and used very little over the years.
**APITONG HARDWOOD DECK:** Decking is in excellent condition! The seller applied a protective deck stain a couple of summers ago. Although the trailer has been stored outdoors, the deck was also protected with a tarp during storage.
**25,000 LB WINCH:** A new 25,000 lb winch was purchased and installed on the trailer but was never fully wired or connected. The winch has never been used to pull a load and will require completion of the installation before being placed into service.
**HYDRAULIC LOADING RAMPS:** Equipped with hydraulic ramps for loading and unloading equipment. The seller reports two known hydraulic leaks in the ramp system. One is believed to be at a hydraulic cylinder, and the other at the electric/hydraulic pump, located beneath an access door in the trailer deck.
**TIRES:** Tires are estimated to average approximately 50% tread, with most being original to the trailer. One new tire is being installed prior to the auction.
